The Dysport treatment
Dysport acts as an acetylcholine release inhibitor and a neuromuscular blocker, causing relaxation of muscle and decrease in wrinkles. The effect of the drug remains active for 3-6 months and the dosage is modified according to treatment area. Normally, 40-100 units of the drug are prescribed as the first dose.
